Susan is a lifelong Omahan and has spent 20 years helping people buy and sell homes across the metro. Over that time, real estate has never just been about transactions for her—it’s been about relationships, trust, and helping people feel confident in some of life’s biggest decisions.

Susan works across all price points, including new construction and existing homes, and brings a calm, practical approach to each situation. Outside of real estate, Susan’s life is centered around her son and the everyday rhythm of family life. She enjoys staying active, being outdoors, and making time for the simple things that keep life grounded and real.
